Labor hiring
We do not hire or manage on-site construction workers.
Hands-on construction
We are not involved in any manual construction tasks.
Local permitting
We do not handle local permits or inspections in person, but we can advise on how to navigate the process.
Conflict mediation on-site
We do not physically intervene in any disputes between contractors or workers on the site.
Project Success
While we offer guidance and education, we cannot guarantee the success of any project.
Negotiations with subcontractors
All negotiations with subcontractors will be handled solely by the homeowner.
Contractor recommendations
We do not maintain a list of preferred contractors, but we will assist you in vetting qualified subcontractors.
